of interest
West Liberty University is soliciting expressions of interest for architectura/l engineering services for a new Appalachian Aquatic Conservation Center (AACC) to be built at the University. This solicitation is to request expressions of interest form qualified architectural firms for program review and refinement of the existing preliminary design and the architectural/engineering services required to complete the building. The new building will house aquatic life while their natural habitat is impacted by construction projects.

Expressions of interest will be accepted until 4:00 on April 13, 2021 at the below address, once evaluated, at least two vendors will be brought in for further interviews.
