Request for Bids
The Wheeling Water Department is requesting bids for the purchase an 18,000 lbs. class hydraulic mini-excavator with attachments.
The specifications for the excavator and attachments are available from the Wheeling Water Distribution office at:

Bidders are advised to use the bid sheet provided with specifications for submittal.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
The Bidder must list any and all exceptions to the specifications. Exceptions must be listed alongside the attached specifications.
Bids must be received no later than 2pm March5, 2015. Use the enclosed envelope to mail or hand deliver to the City Manager’s Office, Room 302, City County Building 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003.
The excavator being supplied shall be new and of current production model. City of Wheeling will be the initial title holder.
