AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of ApplicationNotice is given that Pro Contracting has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G50-C General Permit Registration for a concrete batch plant located near Main Street and 20th Street in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40.06331, -80.72480.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Particulate Matter (PM): 0.474 tpy
Particulate Matter < 10um (PM10): 0.154 tpy
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx): 0.270 tpy
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC): 0.128 tpyCarbon Monoxide (CO): 3.380 tpy
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2): 0.843 tpy
Formaldehyde (HCOH): 0.003 tpy
Total Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAP): 0.011 tpy
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 15th day of April, 2021. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
