Please take notice that on the 15th of April, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of David Shriver, 9 Ellen St, Variances from schedule 6-A: to reduce the front setback from 30′ to 0′, (2) to reduce the rear setback from 15′ to 0′, (3) to reduce the side yard setback from 15′ to 0′ Purpose of Request: construct office using existing foundation.
