Please take notice that on the 15th of April, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of McBonaway, Inc., 53 Washington Ave. Variance from table 9-A: to reduce the front yard setback from 10′ to 9′-8″; (2) reduce side setback from 5′ to 2′-3″; (3) reduction of the other side rear setback to 0′. Purpose of Request: construct a parking lot.
