Please take notice that on the 15th of April, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of WC Marsh Lofts Limited Partnership, 930 Main St., Variance from schedule 5-A: to reduce the rear yard setback in the D-2 zone from 12′ to 10′ Purpose of Request: construct a new building.
The property is described as follows:
