The owner and holder of the obligation secured will offer
at sealed bids to the highest cash bidder the following
property.

The above collateral is available for inspection by
contacting UNION BANK INC., New Martinsville Office,
at the telephone number listed below.
The undersigned has the authority to conduct this sale
by virtue of the certain security agreement dated
06/12/19 and subject to the provisions of the Uniform
Commercial Code, as adopted and in effect in West
Virginia, default having been made in the performance
of the security agreement by the Debtor(s).
Sealed bids will be taken up to: 10:00 a.m. April 19,
2021 at Union Bank Inc., New Martinsville Office
New Martinsville, West Virginia Bid Sheets can be
obtained at any Union Bank Office.
TERMS OF SALE: The sale of the above described
collateral will be made Without Warranty, and the
Bank reserves the right (1) to bid, (2) to reject bids, and
(3) to continue such sale to any other time and place by
announcement of such continuance at the time and
place set forth herein. Cash on date of notification of
winning bid, sale for property is sold as is.
