The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Wheeling is cancelling its regularly scheduled meeting for November 11, 2015. The next meeting of the Board of Commissioners will take place on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Riverview Towers, 601 Main Street, Wheeling, WV 26003.
