NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR
ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING
SERVICES – NO: 2021-1
The City of Wheeling, West Virginia, is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide general comprehensive consulting and professional services for planning, designing, construction bidding and contract administration for the Robrecht Trailhead Project. Firms interested in participating in this activity will be required to negotiate a contract for services in compliance with Federal, State and local regulations applicable to engineering and architectural contracts after selection as the best qualified firm.

All submissions should be addressed to: Office of the City Manager, Mr. Robert Herron, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 301, Wheeling WV 26003. The submission envelope should be clearly marked Expressions of Interest for Architectural and Engineering Services for the Robrecht Trailhead Project. The deadline for submission is Thursday, May 6, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. Please provide the original plus four (4) copies.
