Please take notice that on the 6th day of May 2021, at 3:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City-County Building, Wheeling, West Virginia, the Historic Landmarks Commission will meet to conduct a public hearing and consider the designation of the North Wheeling Historic District and a Certificate of Appropriateness Review Procedure.
