IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 21-CJA-23 KARLIN GEBHARD, biological father of infant T.P.P., whose date of birth is March 11, 2021 and THOMAS PLUNKETT, III, putatiive father of infant T.P.P., whose date of birth is March 11, 2021, natural child of Karlin Gebhard.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by KARLIN GEBHARD, biological father of infant T.P.P., whose date of birth is March 11, 2021 and THOMAS PLUNKETT, III, putatiive father of infant T.P.P., whose date of birth is March 11, 2021.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that KARLIN GEBHARD and THOMAS PLUNKETT, III have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant T.P.P., whose date of birth is March 11, 2021. It is ORDERED that KARLIN GEBHARD and THOMAS PLUNKETT, III are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 24th day of May, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. for a Preliminary and Adjudicatory Hearing if they so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights KARLIN GEBHARD, biological father of infant T.P.P., whose date of birth is March 11, 2021 and THOMAS PLUNKETT, III, putatiive father of infant T.P.P., whose date of birth is March 11, 2021, natural child of Karlin Gebhard, may be terminated.
