NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Copiers / Duplicating Machines
Sealed bids for copiers / duplicating machines will be received by the Ohio County Board of Education, 2203 National Road, Wheeling, WV 26003, no later than Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids should be mailed to that address to the attention of Dr. Patrick Riddle, Technology Coordinator. Please mark the front of the envelope as “BID – COPIERS.”
All bidders must request a bid detail package from firstname.lastname@example.org. Any bidder not requesting the package will be disqualified from the bidding process. Bid packages will be distributed upon request.
After the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days. All bidders are required to furnish a satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid price.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory 100% Performance Bond and a satisfactory 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of the contract price.

The Ohio County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, award the contract to other than the low bidder, accept any or all alternates, waive irregularities and/or formalities, and in general to make the award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of Ohio County Schools.
