IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 21-CJA-10 SARAH KING, biological mother of infant A.S., whose date of birth is December 12, 2007 and CHARLES STEIN, biological father of infant A.S., whose date of birth is December 12, 2007, natural child of Sarah King.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by SARAH KING, biological mother of A.S., whose date of birth is December 12, 2007.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that SARAH KING., has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant A.S., whose date of birth is December 12, 2007. It is ORDERED that SARAH KING, is notified that she may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and he is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 9th day of June, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights SARAH KING, biological mother of A.S., whose date of birth is December 12, 2007, may be terminated.
