FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for permanent improvement of certain streets or positions thereof in the City of Moundsville by resurfacing and otherwise improving said streets will be received by the undersgined at the Office of the Moundsville City Clerk at 800 Sixth Street, Moundsville, WV until 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, May 26, 2021. Copies of the contract documents, which include the list of streets, may be obtained upon payment of $25.00 for each set. This is non-refundable.
Bids shall be for the performance of work done and the labor and materials to be furnished in accordance with palns and specifications.
Said improvements shall be under the supervision of the City Engineer.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all, or any part of any bid, to award the bid to other than the low bidder, and award the bid in the best interest of the City of Moundsville.
