Used Vehicles for Sale
The Wheeling Housing Authority will be accepting sealed bids for the sale of 2 pickup trucks. Both are drivable, but rough and are offered as is. Vehicle 1 is a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Regular Cab, 4WD, ¾ ton, 243,522 miles, a 7.5′ Meyer plow and 10.75 Cubic Foot spreader. Vehicle 2 is a 2002 Dodge Ram Regular Cab, 4WD, ¾ ton, 95,123 miles and bracket for a Meyer plow (no plow is included). Bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicles, please call 242-4447, ext. 0 to make an appointment to see the vehicles. Bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with which vehicle is being sought. Bids must be received by the Executive Director at the Main office, P.O. Box 2089, Wheeling, WV 26003, no later than Monday, December 7, 2015. The Board of Commissioners will make the final decision on selling the vehicles at its meeting on December 9, 2015. The successful bidder will be required to make payment by certified check or money order.
