I have before me the proposed final/interim settlement(s) or affidavit and waiver of final settlement for the estates of the following deceased persons, which shall be presented to the County Council of Berkeley County at 400 W. Stephen St., Suite 205, Martinsburg, West Virginia on

The County Council will hear objections and exceptions to these settlements at their regularly scheduled meeting on THURSDAY June 3, 2021 at 9:30 A.M. Any persons having an interest in the estate of any such person may appear before the County Council at the time and place herein specified and thereupon protect their interest as they may appear or else may
forever thereafter be barred from asserting such interest.
