PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE

In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Berkeley County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comments on the following projects:

REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL:
Arcadia Springs North, Section 1, Phase 2, Lots 58-69, 72-76, 87-90 &330-332: The property is located northeast of the Van Clevesville Road and Needy Road intersection, approximately 0.7 miles from Route 9, in the Arden Tax District. The final plat is proposing 24 single-
family lots on approximately 10 acres, to be served by public water and sewer.

REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL: Springdale Farms, Phase 4: The property is located 4,650 feet south of the intersection of Gerrardstown Toad (Rt. 51) and Goldmiller Road (Rt. 24), in the Gerrardstown Tax District. The final plat is proposing 38 lots on approximately 18.11 acres, to be served by public water and sewer. File #2102-040

REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL: Communities of Burwell, Phase 7- Lots M1-M9 & L11-L20: The property is located on Secondary Route 8, one mile from Nipetown, in the Falling Waters Tax District. REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL: Heritage Hills, Section 1, Phase 6- Lots R325-R328 & R330-R338: The property is located on the Graham Drive cul-de-sac, off of Kelly Island Road, in the Arden Tax District. REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL:
Heritage Hills, Section 1, Phase 7- Lots T95-T102 & T127-T134: The property is located within the Heritage Hills Subdivision off of Paynes Ford Road, in the Arden Tax District. The final plat is proposing 16 single-family lots on approximately 1.4 acres, to be served by public water and sewer.

The PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Monday, June 7, 2021, in the Planning Commission Chambers, 400 West Stephen Street, in the
City of Martinsburg at
6:00 p.m. All persons and agencies having an interest on said plats are invited to participate in this

hearing and make their comments known by following the “ORDER RE-OPENING BERKELEY COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION SESSIONS TO THE
PUBLIC” enacted June 4th 2020. A copy of this Order can be found on page two (2) of the Planning Commission Meeting Read Ahead or can be
obtained by calling 304-264-1963 or emailing staylor@berkeleywv.org. In the event that an
unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Monday, June 21, 2021 will be utilized.
