MARTINSBURG BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 8, Section 11 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Martinsburg Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the public comment on the following:
SPECIAL EXCEPTION: The property is located at 106 N. Queen St and identified on Berkeley County Tax Map 14
Parcel 446. The applicant is requesting a special exception pursuant to Martinsburg Zoning Ordinance Section 560 to construct 8 apartments in the BD (Downtown Business
Case #SE-21-00032. Drew Johnson, Drew Holdings LLC, Appellant.
SPECIAL EXCEPTION: The property is located at 1211 N. Queen St and identified on Berkeley County Tax Map 2 Parcel 52. The applicant is requesting a special exception pursuant to Martinsburg Zoning Ordinance Section 560 to provide a daycare facility in the BC (Community Business
District). Case #SE-21-00039.

A hearing will be held
on the proposed special exception on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 232 N. Queen Street, Martinsburg, West Virginia. In the event that an unforeseen
circumstance would cause the Board of Zoning Appeals to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Tuesday, August 3, 2021 will be utilized.
