You will take notice that Mescalero Management Group LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 356141 located in WHEELING CITY CORP Distrcit, S & R SQ 37 PT LOT 4 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of SHONDRICK DEBRA L JABER MERWAN MARK, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Ohio County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 03/09/2021. Mescalero Management Group LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 07/13/2021, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 07/13/2021 will be as follows:
