You will take notice that Mescalero Management Group LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 152412, located in WEIRTON District, 24 W I CO 4TH ADN which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of JETER WILLIAM ET UX, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Hancock County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 03/08/2021. Mescalero Management Group LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 07/13/2021, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 07/13/2021 will be as follows:
