Nick, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 356058, located in TRIADELPHIA District, VIEW POINT ON PIKE LOT 172 which was returned deliquent or nonentered in the name of FOURNIER FREDA, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of deliqnuent and nonentered lands of Ohio County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 03/09/2021. John G. Nick requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 07/20/2021, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
