Sealed bids will be received by the Bellaire Local School District Board of Education as provided in this notice for the Clock Tower Renovation at Bellaire High School. Contract Documents, which include additional details, are on file and available for purchase from M&G Architects & Engineers (“Architect”) upon payment of a deposit of $100 per set. The deposit will be refunded if the bidding documents are returned in good condition within ten days following receipt of bids.

Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to

and plainly marked on the outside “Bellaire Local School District Board of Education – Clock Tower Renovation at Bellaire High School Bid.” Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, local time June 29, 2021. Immediately after the time for their filing is expired, the bids shall be publicly read.
A pre-bid conference will be held on June 8, 2021 at 10:00 AM, local time, at Bellaire High School, with check-in at the main office. Following the pre-bid conference, bidders may walk through the project site to view existing conditions, access, etc.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
