Please take notice that on the 17th of June, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Wheeling Housing Authority, 99 Main St. Variance from section 1355.03.C: to reduce parking lot side yard setback from 5ft to 0 ft. Purpose of Request: construct new building.
The property is described as follows:
A 0.4586-acre parcel on the west side of Main St 500′ North of 3rd St. as recorded Ohio County Clerk’s Office Book 731 Page 502.
More commonly known as 99 N. Main St.
