IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 21-CJA-51 CASSANDRA HIROSKY, biological mother of infant J.M.H., whose date of birth is June 1, 2009 and MANUEL MENDEZ, biological father of infant J.M.H., whose date of birth is June 1, 2009, natural child of Cassandra Hirosky.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by CASSANDRA HIROSKY, biological mother of infant J.M.H., whose date of birth is June 1, 2009.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that CASSANDRA HIROSKY has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant J.M.H., whose date of birth is June 1, 2009. It is ORDERED that CASSANDRA HIROSKY is notified that she may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and she is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 1st day of July, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. for a Preliminary and Adjudicatory Hearing if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights CASSANDRA HIROSKY, biological mother of infant J.M.H., whose date of birth is June 1, 2009, may be terminated.
