You have the right to file a claim to the herein described property on or before
July 22, 2021
Any such claim must clearly state the identity of the Claimant and an address where legal process can be served upon said Claimant.
The Eastern Panhandle Drug & Violent Crimes Task Force is responsible for the seizure of the

Said property was owned
by Bruce and/or Valerie Robinson, who are residents of Berkeley County, West Virginia, and is believed to be used in connection with the distribution of controlled substances.
After the date for filing said claims, an Order of the Court directing
forfeiture of the seized said property and vesting ownership of said
property in the State
shall be sought.
If you fail to file a claim, thereafter an Order, upon proper hearing shall be entered against said
property and against your claim for the relief
sought in the Petition.
