NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR IMPERVIOUS SURFACE STUDY
Bel-O-Mar Regional Council is seeking Request for Quotations (RFQ) from qualified engineering consulting firms to complete a city-wide impervious surface study in the City of Wheeling, West Virginia.
The selected firm will be required to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Executive Order 11246, Conflict of Interest Statement, Access to Records Provisions and compliance with Federal and West Virginia laws as they relate to the Department of Environmental Protection.

All submissions should be addressed to Bel-O-Mar Regional Council, 105 Bridge Street Plaza, P.O. Box 2086, Wheeling, WV 26003 in a sealed envelope and marked RFQ City of Wheeling Municipal Stormwater Program. The deadline for submission is Thursday, June 24, 2021, at 3:00 P.M.
