AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application

Notice is given that Eureka Midstream, LLC has applied
to the West Virginia Department of Environmental
Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a R13 construction
permit for a natural gas pigging station (Twin Hickory
Station) located on Twin Hickory Road one mile
Southeast of Wick in Tyler County, West Virginia. The
site latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.405772,
-80.948811.

The applicant estimates the potential increase in the
following Regulated Air Pollutants associated with the
project:

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC): 52.33 tons per
year (tpy)
Total Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs): 1.47 tpy
Benzene: 0.02 tpy
Toluene: 0.03 tpy
Xylenes: 0.01 tpy
n-Hexane: 1.38 tpy
Greenhouse Gases (CO2e): 2,831 tpy

The proposed project involves increasing fugitive
emissions and blowdowns. The changes will be
implemented upon issuance of the permit. Written
comments will be received by the West Virginia
Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air
Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304,
for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication
of this notice. Written comments will also be received
via email at DEPAirQualityPermitting@WV.gov
