Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Gearheart Enterprises, LLC (on behalf of The Bank of Monroe) for a Special Exception/Variance from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request permission to install two separate single faced (digital) free standing signs 9679 North Seneca Trail, Fairlea. The subject property is zoned Commercial, located in the Fort Spring district, described in Deed Book 529, on Page 172, on Tax Map 9G as Parcel 139.
