§ 8A-5-8 et seq., and Ranson Code § 19A-1.3
et seq., the Ranson
Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 12th, 2021, at 7 pm at Ranson City Hall, 312 S. Mildred Street, Ranson, WV via Zoom. To access the web meeting link or to see the agenda, please visit http://ransonwv.iqm2.com/

The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comments on a Land Development Plan and Plat proposal for the
following parcel(s):

088E0SWM00000000, 8EPARK00000000, 088E001700000000, 088E001400000000, 088000900020000, 088000100090000, 088000100060000, 088000100050000, 088000100040000, 088000100030000,
and 088000100010000 (totaling 191.37 acres).

Copies of the proposed zoning amendment are available upon request in the Community Development Department. If you cannot attend but wish to comment, you may write and it must be received to the following address:

Written Comments
received prior to Friday July 9th, 2021, will be
provided to the Planning
