The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by ERIC SMITH, biological father of infants A.S., whose date of birth is December 16, 2012, E.S., whose date of birth is January 22, 2015, and J.S., whose date of birth is June 12, 2019.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that ERIC SMITH has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants A.S., whose date of birth is December 16, 2012, E.S., whose date of birth is January 22, 2015, and J.S., whose date of birth is June 12, 2019. It is ORDERED that ERIC SMITH is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and he is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 13th day of July, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. for a Adjudicatory and Dispositional Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights ERIC SMITH, biological father of infants A.S., whose date of birth is December 16, 2012, E.S., whose date of birth is January 22, 2015, and J.S., whose date of birth is June 12, 2019, may be terminated.
