Separate sealed bids will be received by OHIO COUNTY PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT at its office at 5383 National Road, Triadelphia, WV 26059 until Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 10:00 AM, local time, and then at said office publicly opened and read immediately there- after for the following project: OHIO COUNTY PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT – HANLIN HEIGHTS AND VIEW POINT LANE PUMPING STATIONS RENOVATIONS. This Project includes replacing two (2) Owner supplied water pumps at each of two (2) pumping stations, modifications to station piping, one new pump control panel, and associated appurtenances, as specified.

upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of twenty-five ($25.00) for each electronic copy and two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each hard copy.
The above stated deposit is required before the documents can be made available. Bidders who submit a Bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Engineer’s Office.

and noted on the envelope as a Bid for Ohio County PSD – Hanlin Heights and View Point Lane Pumping Stations Renovations. Each Bidder must submit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction for Bidders.
The Ohio County PSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Ohio County PSD also reserves the right to defer, delay or postpone the date for receiving and opening Bids. The Oho County PSD reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest responsible Bidder if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Project. The Ohio County PSD further reserves the right to waive any informality in a Bid or reject such an informal Bid if it is to their advantage to do so
All work done under this contract shall be subject to all State Prevailing Wage rates and rules.
Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each Bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity.
No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
