Request for Proposals
The Ohio County Commission and the Ohio County Fire Board are accepting proposals from qualified vendors, distributors, developers and manufacturers for an Emergency Response Mobile Software System. Sealed proposals must be addressed and delivered to the Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 215, Wheeling, WV 26003 not later than Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 3:00pm at which time all proposals will be opened and read aloud. Proposals must be clearly marked as: Proposal – ERMSS. For a complete set of specifications interested parties should contact the Ohio County Commission office at (304) 234-3628.
