Notice is hereby given that the above lawsuit was filed over an incident which occurred in Hancock County, West Virginia on March 8, 2019.
Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of February, 2021, BARBARA SPINELLA filed in the Circuit Court of Hancock County, West Virginia, her Complaint against 3101 Main Street, LLC and John Doe and Jane Doe(s).
It is ORDERED that 3101 Main Street, LLC shall serve upon Petitioner’s attorney Dean G. Makricostas, Esquire, whose mailing address is Post Office Box 2827, Weirton, West Virginia 26047, and Charles Wright, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hancock County, whose address is Post Office Box 428, New Cumberland, West Virginia 26047, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before thirty (30) days after first publication hereof, otherwise the matter will be set for hearing. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office. It is furthered ordered that this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia
