Turn to Morris Drive along Schuyler Fork. Activity: Sanitary Landfill (Closed) The City of Montgomery Landfill is closed and does not receive any waste. The center of the site 38 f 09′ 30″ N latitude and 81 f 19′ 20″ W longitude. Storm water discharge point, Outlet 001, is located at 38 f 09″ 31″ N latitude and 81 f 19′ 27″ W longitude; it will discharge untreated storm water into Schuyler Fork of Morris Creek 0.6 miles from the mouth. On the basis of review of the application, the Solid Waste Management Act, Chapter 22, Article 15, Section 5(b) and 5(c), and 33 CSR1 West Virginia Solid Waste Management Rule, the state of West Virginia will act on the above application.
