STATEMENT OF OWNERSHIP
Wheeling Renal Care, LLC, is a limited liability company with a life of 50 + years. The balance sheet and statement of member equity include the assets and liabilities and equity of all of the dialysis facilities. The statement of income presented is that of the Wheeling Dialysis Center only.
The company is engaged in providing dialysis treatment and training and supplies to patients with end-stage renal failure. The Company operates a dialysis center and home training program at Medical Park, Wheeling, West Virginia, New Martinsville, West Virginia, Belmont County, Ohio.
The Company has two owner members, Wheeling Hospital, Inc. and LDK Associates, LLC. Cash distributions were $1,436,763 and $1,436,763 respectively, for a total of $2,873,526 during the year ended September 30, 2015.
