INVITATION TO BID ELECTRICAL AND WIRELESS NETWORK INSTALLATION
SERVICES CONTRACT
Sealed bids for the installation of electrical service and wireless network installation services on the West Liberty University’s campus will be received by West Liberty University, 208 University Dr. West Liberty, WV 26074, until 2:45 PM on August 4, 2021. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at the same time.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be conducted on Wednesday, July 21st at 10:00 AM at the West Family Athletic Complex (Soccer Field) at West Liberty University. The purpose of this meeting is to review the specification and site conditions. Contractors failing to attend the pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to bid. Copies of the specifications will be provided at the pre-bid meeting.
Participating contractors must be licensed by the state of West Virginia and able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
