Jefferson County Judicial
Center, located at

Virginia, to determine the
issues alleged in the
petition and the possible
termination of parental
rights in and to said
children.

West Virginia.
The parents of these
children have the right
to counsel at every stage
in these proceedings, and if not already appointed an attorney, one may be
appointed for them upon application to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
Failure to respond to this notice could result in possible termination of parental rights to these children.
