Notice to Vendors
The Jefferson County Board of Education, Charles Town, WV will receive sealed bids by written proposal for the 2021/2022 school year milk supply. Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., August 5th, 2021, at the Jefferson County Schools Transportation department, 635 McGarry Blvd, Kearneysville, W.V. 25430. Bids will be opened at 10:00 A.M. August 6th, 2021. Sealed bids need to be addressed to Dylan Beitz, Child Nutrition Coordinator.
All interested parties must obtain a bid specifications packet from Dylan Beitz, Coordinator of Child Nutrition, [email protected] . The Jefferson County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in the bidding.
