PUBLIC NOTICE As required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Dunbar Housing Authority will hold a 45-day comment period, open to the public, to review the PHA Annual Agency Plan, and the Capitol Fund 5 Year Plan. The Plans are available for review at the Authority's offices located at 900 Dutch Hollow Rd Dunbar WV, 25064 from Wednesday, April 8, 2026, through Friday, May 22, 2026. The Annual Plan includes a description of proposed expenditures of $293,975.00 in our 2026 Capital Fund grant.
