Hardy County OEM/911 is providing notice of its intent to construct and operate a telecommunication tower pursuant to Federal Communication Commission’s Programmatic Agreement for telecommunication towers. The tower called Capon Springs 911 is off Back Creek Road (replacement for existing 160-ft. guyed tower), Capon Springs, WV (39-08-39.132N and 78-26-08.805W). The self-support tower will be 308 feet (including lightning rod) in height. Only comments regarding potential effects on Historic Properties should be sent within 30 days of publication to:
