PUBLIC NOTICE OFAPPLICATION FOR NATURAL GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMIT, pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company, is applying for permits for natural gas horizontal wells:
WELL GLO169H13 located at approximately UTM NAD 83
Easting 549,871.87; UTM NAD 83 Northing 4,374,158.49;
WELL GLO169H14, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 549,867.65 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4,374,156.73;
WELL GLO169H15, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 549,863.43 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4,374,154.97;
WELL GLO169H16, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 549,859.24 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4,374,153.21;
All wells in Laurel Run Watershed, Glover Gap Quadrangle, Mannington District, Marion County, WV which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty-day period.

Full copies or scans of the proposed permit application will cost $15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP headquarters.
