PUBLIC NOTICE
In accordance with 3-1-5 and 3-1-7, of the Code of West Virginia, as amended, the County Commission of Fayette County intends to change the location of any polling place whenever the public convenience may require it. An order effecting such changes to relocate various polling places as listed below effective with the next scheduled Election in Fayette County is scheduled for action during a Regular Session of the Fayette County Commission to be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, July 24, 2020 at the Courthouse, Fayetteville, West Virginia.
