PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on February 19, 2026, of the Council of the City of South Charleston ("Council"), West Virginia, an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF SOUTH CHARLESTON OF TERRITORY AT AND NEAR HICKORY STREET was read a first time and will come up for final reading during the regular meeting of Council beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2026, in the Council Chambers located at City Hall, 401 D Street, South Charleston. This ordinance together with the map of the area to be annexed thereby may be reviewed at the Municipal Office Building, 238 4th Ave, South Charleston, during regular business hours.
