PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE
RELATING TO RENEWAL OF FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
Notice is hereby given, that, on the 24th day of September, 2015, the City Council of the City of Elkins caused to be read an Ordinance proposing the renewal of a cable franchise agreement with Cequell III Communications II, LLC dba Suddenlink Communications. The title of such Ordinance reads:
AN ORDINANCE RENEWING FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
WITH CEQUEL III COMMUNICATIONS II, LLC
DBA SUDDENLINK COMMUNICATIONS
The City Council of the City of Elkins will have a public hearing and its final reading and vote on the ordinance on October 8, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., in the Elkins City Council Chambers, 401 Davis Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia. The hearing will be open to the public and any interested parties may appear and present protests, if any, with respect to the proposed ordinance.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public inspection at the City Clerkâs office located at 401 Davis Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia. That office is open to the public Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
