PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of July 6TH 2020 at 7:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use Permit, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
U-70-20-1: Request of Brandi Davis, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.310 for a Use permit to keep ducks at 1153 County Club Rd, Oak Hill.
U-71-20-1: Request of Bridgette Cooper, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.250 to operate a family day care facility at 103 Biggs St., Oak Hill.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
