PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Beckley Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on a request to amend the City of Beckley Zoning Ordinance to add medical dispensaries, medical cannabis processing facilities, medical cannabis growers, processors and dispensers as permitted uses in B-1, Neighborhood-Highway Business Districts, B-2, General Commercial Districts and M, Manufacturing Districts.
Anyone who wishes to be heard on this matter should be present at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in Common Council Chambers, Emmett Pugh Municipal Building, 409 S. Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV.
