PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Ronceverte will accept sealed bids for the maintenance of the city’s two cemeteries. Copies of the bid procedures and proposal documents are available at Ronceverte City Hall, 200 West Main Street, Ronceverte, West Virginia 24970, between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday and from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Friday; phone (304) 647-5455.
Sealed bids must be received by the City of Ronceverte by 4:00 PM on Friday, October 9, 2015. All bids are to be delivered to the City of Ronceverte, 200 West Main Street, PO Box 417, Ronceverte, West Virginia 24970. Bids are considered valid for thirty days following opening and must be clearly marked “Cemetery Bid” on outside packaging.
The City of Ronceverte reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formality.
