Activity: Issuance of an Underground Injection Control (UIC) Rule Authorization for Panther Creek Mining, LLC in order to inject water from Valley Fills 1 & 2 (S302607/WV1022423) into the Eagle Coal Seam of the American Eagle Mine (U039100/WV0048101) through two (2) Class 5×13 type injection wells near Dawes, WV.
