Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of the James L. Rose Estate for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request a special exception to use an existing 30X48 shop for a business location at 10933 Highland Trail, Ronceverte. The subject property is zoned Residential, located in the Fort Spring (06) district, described in Deed Book 253, on Page 22, on Tax Map 14 as Parcel 88.
PUBLIC HEARING 2: The Board will consider the request and application of the Hidden Quarry, LLC (Timm Schleiff) for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request a special exception to allow for a portion of the property to belk commercial to make an existing workshop compliant at 579 W. Washington Street, Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Residential, located in the Lewisburg (09) district, described in Deed Book 554, on Page 783, on Tax Map 23 as Parcel 8.
PUBLIC HEARING 3: The Board will consider the request and application of the MOS Property (Martin Schleiff) for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request a special exception to construct a commercial type workshop at W. Washington Street, Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Residential, located in the Lewisburg Corp (1 0) district, described in Deed Book 578, on Page 585, on Tax Map 19 as Parcel 157.
