Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Virgil Hanshaw for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request permission for a home based business over the internet with a Federal Firearms License (FFL) at 932 Highland Trail, Ronceverte. The subject property is zoned Forest Recreation, located in the Fort Spring district, described in Deed Book 522 on Page 561 and shown on Tax Map 19 as Parcel 24.
PUBLIC HEARING 2: The Board will consider the request and application of Jesse J. & Yvonne Martin for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request permission to reopen a convenience store and gas station at 4830 Highland Trail, Alderson. The subject property is zoned Forest Recreation, located in the Fort Spring district, described in Deed Book 533 on Page 251 and shown on Tax Map 18A as Parcels 8 & 9.
PUBLIC HEARING 3: The Board will consider the request and application of Randall & A. Rosemary Halcomb for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request permission to place an updated single-wide home in the place of the old single-wide that was recently removed at 193 Freedom Road, Alderson. The subject property is zoned Forest Recreation, located in the Fort Spring District, described in Deed Book 504 on Page 190 and shown on Tax Map 18A as Parcel 18.
